Description: Recognises human fibrinogen, a 340kD glycoprotein which plays an important role in the coagulation process. This antibody shows minimal cross-reactivity with related serum proteins.
UOM: 1 * 50 µl

Catalog Number: (PRSIXP-5224)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: Human macrophage/monocyte chemotactic protein 4 (MCP4) is a member of the b-chemokine family (C-C) of Cytokines. Like Eotaxin, MCP4 is a powerful eosinophil chemo-attractant. Additionally, like MCP3, MCP4 elicits chemo-attraction of monocytes and T lymphocytes
UOM: 1 * 100 µG

Catalog Number: (PRSIXP-5226BT)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: MCP-5 is a member of the b-chemokine family (C-C) of cytokines. This chemokine is strongly chemotactic for human monocytes and murine peritoneal macrophages, but is not active on mouse neutrophils and shows only a weak response on mouse eosinophils at high concentrations
UOM: 1 * 50 µG

Catalog Number: (PRSIXP-5293)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: Anti-VEGFA Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
UOM: 1 * 100 µG

Catalog Number: (PRSIXP-5288BT)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: Thrombopoietin is a humoral growth factor that is necessary for megakaryocyte proliferation and maturation, as well as for thrombopoiesis. This protein is the ligand for MLP/cMPL, the product of myeloproliferative leukemia virus oncogene. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
UOM: 1 * 50 µG

Catalog Number: (PRSIXP-5703-M)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: IL4 is a pleiotropic cytokine produced by activated T cells, mast cells and basophils. It is a ligand for Interleukin 4 receptor. The Interleukin 4 receptor also binds to IL13, which may contribute to many overlapping functions of this cytokine and IL13. IL4 elicits many different biological responses, but has two dominant functions. The first is regulating differentiation of naïve CD4+ T cell to the Th2 type. Th2 cells produce IL4, IL5, IL10 and IL13, which tend to favor a humoral immune response while suppressing a cell mediated immune response controlled by Th1 cells. STAT6, a signal transducer and activator of transcription, has been shown to play a central role in mediating the immune regulatory signal of this cytokine. The second is regulating IgE and IgG1 production by B cells. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
UOM: 1 * 500 µG

Catalog Number: (PRSIXP-5282BT)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNF alpha) is a protein secreted by lipopolysaccharide stimulated macrophages, and causes tumor necrosis when injected into tumour bearing mice. TNF alpha is believed to mediate pathogenic shock and tissue injury associated with endotoxemia.
UOM: 1 * 50 µG

Catalog Number: (PRSIXP-5278BT)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: TACI is a lymphocyte specific member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily. It interacts with calcium-modulator and cyclophilin ligand (CAML). The protein binds to both APRIL and BAFF and induces activation of the transcription factors NFAT (nuclear-factor of activated T cells), AP1, and NF kappa B and plays a crucial role in humoral immunity by interacting with a TNF ligand. This gene is located within the Smith Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17.
UOM: 1 * 50 µG

Catalog Number: (PRSI48-415)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: Human group III secreted phospholipase A2 belongs to a superfamily of intracellular and secreted enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of glycerophospholipids at the sn-2 position to release fatty acids and lysophospholipids. Group III PLA2 enzymes were originally identified in invertebrates such as bees and scorpions. Human group III sPLA2 has been shown to be a calcium dependent enzyme. It consists of a central group III sPLA2 domain flanked by unique N- and C-terminal domains that are proteolytically removed in most tissues. The sPLA2 domain is sufficient for catalytic activity. SPLA2-III is preferentially expressed in the microvascular endothelium of tissues with inflammation, ischemic injury and cancer.
UOM: 1 * 50 µG

Catalog Number: (PRSIXP-5280)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: This gene belongs to the subfamily of small cytokine CC genes. Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The CC cytokines are proteins characterized by two adjacent cysteines. TECK displays chemotactic activity for dendritic cells, thymocytes, and activated macrophages but is inactive on peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils. TECK binds to chemokine receptor CCR9. Two alternatively spliced variants encoding two different isoforms have been identified.

Description: MCP-3 is a secreted chemokine which attracts macrophages during inflammation and metastasis. It is a member of the C-C subfamily of chemokines which are characterized by having two adjacent cysteine residues. The protein is an in vivo substrate of matrix metalloproteinase 2, an enzyme which degrades components of the extracellular matrix.
UOM: 1 * 500 µG
