Supplier: VWR Collection
Description: Vertical gel electrophoresis system, VWR®, Twin S

Supplier: Merck
Description: Superior instrumental solution for reliable TLC plate analysis. It can analyse one or multiple plates up to an area of 20×20 cm. In addition, the device uses three LED light sources – white light (VIS), UV-A (366 nm), and UV-C (254 nm) to illuminate the plates from above in direct-light mode. It allows a quick visual check or a software-based analysis and quantification.

Catalog Number: (733-2351)
Supplier: Syngene (a division of the Synoptics group)
Description: The Syngene G:BOX Chemi XX6 gel documentation system offers optimum performance. Highly sensitive, it is designed for advanced chemiluminescent Western blots, multiplex gels, IR and routine imaging of fluorescent and visible gels and blots. The higher spatial resolution of this system makes it suitable for advanced applications, including 2D. The G:BOX Chemi XX6 includes a super-high resolution, 6 megapixel camera with quantum efficiency >73% at 425 nm, giving outstanding sensitivity for chemiluminescence. Functional control of the G:BOX Chemi XT4 is handled by the GeneSys automatic control software, although full manual control is also possible.

Supplier: THERMO FISHER DIAGNOSTICS
Description: Where an AnaeroGen sachet is placed in a sealed jar, the atmospheric oxygen in the jar is rapidly absorbed with the simultaneous generation of carbon dioxide. This novel method differs from others commonly used in that the reaction proceeds with no evolution of hydrogen, and therefore, does not require a catalyst. Furthermore, water is not required to activate the reaction. When used as directed, the AnaeroGen sachet will reduce the oxygen level in the jar to below 1% within 30 minutes. The resulting carbon dioxide level will be between 9% and 13%.
CampyGen Compact for 1 or 2 Petri dishes, is a simple system for generating microaerobic conditions. The system consists of a plastic pouch and sealing clip and a paper gas generating sachet. The paper sachet contains ascorbic acid which reacts on contact with air to produce the microaerobic conditions for the growth of microaerophilic organisms.
