Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: These 96-well deep well blocks are ideal for automated processing or handling large quantities of backup samples. PP blocks are particularly suitable for backup storage of pharmaceutical substances, DNA isolation, longterm sample storage, enzyme and tissue culture applications. PS blocks are ideal for longterm storage of blood samples.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: PRP-C18 polymeric HPLC columns are designed to provide high efficiency, reversed phase separations over an extended column life in nearly any mobile phase or pH.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: Suitable for applications such as GC, TLC and micro pipetting. Manufactured according to the principle of dead volume by positive pressure. A tungsten piston is introduced into the syringe as far as the tip of the needle. Needle and piston are calibrated against each other and must be changed at the same time in the event of replacement.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: These HD headspace syringes feature a unique plunger designed specifically for the CTC PAL System COMBI xt® gas chromatography (GC) autosampler system. The High Dynamic (HD) plunger is optimised for high throughput and sets a new standard for headspace syringes.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: These C-line syringes feature a direct attachment design of the needle to the barrel which eliminates contact between the sample solvent and adhesive, reducing carryover and ghost peaks. The inert plunger tip polymer provides enhanced solvent compatibility and longer lifetime.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: These electrochemical oxygen sensors are ideal for applications with high demands for hygiene, e.g. in pharmaceutical industry, in biotechnology and in foods & beverages production. The sensors are equipped with a FDA approved membrane for usage in hygienic processes. They can withstand steam sterilisation, autoclavation and CIP cleanings.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: HC-75 columns separate compounds through ligand exchange. The different forms of the HC-75 (hydrogen, calcium and lead) each provide a unique selectivity for separating varying types of charged analytes based on electronegativity toward the counterion.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: S-Line syringes are the cost-effective choice for CTC PAL autosampler applications. The Gastight® syringes have a precision-machined PTFE plunger tip which creates a leak-free seal that is an ideal choice for HPLC sample injections. Microliter syringes incorporate a hand-fitted stainless steel plunger with a finely bored syringe barrel.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: RCX-30 carbohydrate analysis columns are designed for the isocratic or gradient separation of carbohydrates. When an isocratic method is used with a conductivity, refractive index, ultraviolet, or pulsed amperometric detector (PAD), mono and disaccharides such as glucose, fructose, sucrose and lactose can be quickly determined.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: The 1000 series is a mid volume Gastight® syringe. Gastight® syringes are ideal for dispensing both liquids and gases. They have a precision machined PTFE plunger tip which creates a leak-free seal. With the tight fit, the tip essentially wipes the interior of the syringe barrel free of sample. This feature is particularly useful with heterogeneous samples as it reduces the chance that a deposit will occur and cause the plunger to freeze.

Description: These tips are validated to optimise the performance of the Microlab 300 system, offering superior accuracy and precision. When the tips are placed onto the probe, the O-ring on the probe compresses into the tip groove. This design only requires a low insertion force to successfully load a tip, resulting in a more ergonomic experience for the user and enabling long-term use with minimal energy exerted.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: PRP-X500 is a superficially porous polymeric anion exchange column designed for the separation, purification and isolation of proteins, peptides and DNA/RNA. The methacrylate polymeric coating of the PRP-X500 provides a more hydrophilic surface, preventing hydrophobic interaction sample losses.

Supplier: STEMCELL Technologies
Description: Macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) is a homodimeric glycoprotein growth factor that regulates proliferation and differentiation of myeloid hematopoietic progenitors to mononuclear phagocytic cell lineages, including monocytes, macrophages, and osteoclasts. M-CSF is a crucial factor for the development of tissue-resident macrophages in most tissues (Ginhoux andamp; Jung). It is required for the maturation and activation of monocytes and macrophages, and regulates inflammatory responses in conjunction with other stimuli such as IFN-γ, LPS, and IL-4 (Murray et al.). M-CSF is also required for bone resorption by osteoclasts, and is involved in the development and regulation of placenta, mammary gland, and brain. M-CSF is produced by monocytes, fibroblasts, osteoclasts, stromal cells, endothelial cells, and tumor cells (Chockalingam andamp; Ghosh). M-CSF exerts its biological effects by signaling through a receptor tyrosine kinase (CSF-1R or M-CSF-R) encoded by the c-fms proto-oncogene (Hamilton). CSF-1R shares similar structural features with other growth factor receptors, including the stem cell factor (SCF) receptor, platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGF-R), and Flt3/Flk-2 receptor tyrosine kinase. Stimulation of the CSF-1R upon binding to M-CSF activates MAPK, PI3K, and PLCγ signaling pathways (Chockalingam andamp; Ghosh). Human and mouse M-CSF sequences are highly conserved both at nucleotide and amino acid levels (80% homology; DeLamarter et al.). This product is animal component-free.

Supplier: HAMILTON BONADUZ
Description: The PRP-X100 is a polymeric column packing for separation of inorganic and organic anions from 10 to 500 ppm. These columns can be used to separate ions at concentrations from 1 to 1000 ppm without suppression or elaborate preconcentration techniques. The highly inert polymeric support resists chemical attack from organic solvents and aqueous buffers (0 - 100% aqueous or organic; pH 1 to 13), effectively lengthening column life.
