Catalog Number: (DRAE8322750)
Supplier: Dräger
Description: The single gas detector is designed for manufacturing petrochemical products, aseptic packing or handling of rocket fuel and for handling hydrogen fluoride (HF), hydrochloric acid (HCl), hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) or hydrazine.
UOM: 1 * 1 items

Catalog Number: (REST31633)
Supplier: Restek
Description: These are reference mixtures for ISO/DIS 9377 (German H-53), a gas chromatography–flame ionization detection (GC-FID) method.
UOM: 1 * 1 mL

Supplier: PerkinElmer
Description: These electrodeless discharge lamps are preferred for certain volatile elements. They offer better precision and lower detection limits for analyses that are 'noisy' due to weak hollow cathode emission. PerkinElmer system 2 EDLs consist of the element or a salt of the element sealed in a quartz bulb containing an inert gas atmosphere. When an RF field of sufficient power is applied, the inert gas is ionised and the coupled energy vaporizes the element and excites the atoms inside the bulb, resulting in the emission of the characteristic spectrum.

Catalog Number: (751-0075)
Supplier: STANHOPE SETA
Description: These testers are automated closed cups with ramp mode that allows the determination of a flash point. The dipping sequence occurs every 1 °C up to 100 °C (every 2 °C rise above 100 °C) until either a flash is detected or the end of test temperature is reached. The ignitor uses a new electrical hotwire (a gas flame option is available). The automatic flash detection system is tuned to ignore halo and other false flash effects enhancing repeatability.

Supplier: VACUUBRAND
Description: These chemistry pumping units use chemical resistant solenoid valves to maintain process control. Once the first boiling point is detected by the controller, it maintains the pressure at this level. Pumping units can be configured to run one or two independent processes at the same time.

Catalog Number: (92446-5ML)
Supplier: Merck
Description: Sodium methoxide may be used as a derivatisation reagent to enhance the sensitivity of detection for the subsequent determination of organonitrogen herbicides and fungicide analytes in food samples, and bound fatty acids from acylglycerols, alkylacylglycerols, galactosyldiacylglycerols, glycerophospholipids, and sterol esters by gas chromatography (GC) based techniques.

Supplier: SIGMA ALDRICH MICROSCOPY
Description: Morin hydrate is a yellowish pigment and a fluorescent indicator. It is used for the fluorimetric determination of several metals, mostly aluminum. Morin has been utilised in fluorescent microscopy as a fluorescent nuclear stain and as an application to detect aluminium in the brain by demonstrating metal salts.
Supplier: Avantor
Description: Allsep anion is a methacrylate based phase with quaternary ammonium functional groups, optimised for use with both suppressed and non-suppressed conductivity detection. They are recommended for applications involving inorganic anions, weak and strong acid ions, metal complexes and organic acids.

Catalog Number: (CHRASP372)
Supplier: CHROMAGAR
Description: CHROMagar™ StrepA is a selective chromogenic culture medium intended for use in the qualitative direct detection, differentiation and presumptive identification of Streptococcus pyogenes -group A Streptococcus (GAS) to aid in the diagnosis of GAS throat infections. The test is performed with throat swabs. Results can be interpreted after 18-24 h of incubation at 35 - 37 °C under CO² atmosphere.

New Product

Supplier: SIGMA ALDRICH MICROSCOPY
Description: It may be used to prepare porphyrin based matrices for the detection of water soluble vitamins by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) mass spectrometry. It may be used to prepare 5,10,15,20-tetrakis (4-polyethyleneoxy)phenyl)) porphyrin. Nanoporous silica inserted with 2H-OHTPP imparts gas sensitivity, and it could be useful to detect NO2 by surface plasmon resonance.

Catalog Number: (609010.)
Supplier: Merck
Description: The syringe adapter permits the withdrawal of calibration gas through a silicone rubber septum seal using a gas syringe.
UOM: 1 * 1 items

Catalog Number: (99907.010)
Supplier: VWR Chemicals
Description: Specially developed solvent withdrawal system for inert gas pressurizing.
UOM: 1 * 1 items

Supplier: Trajan Scientific and Medical
Description: A high-capacity gas purifying system that can remove a combination of oxygen, moisture and hydrocarbons, (greater than C4) from inert gases and hydrogen.

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-13248R-A750)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Heterotrimeric G proteins function to relay information from cell surface receptors to intracellular effectors (1). Each of a very broad range of receptors specifically detects an extracellular stimulus (a photon, pheromone, odorant, hormone or neurotransmitter) while the effectors (i.e., adenylyl cyclase), which act to generate one or more intracellular messengers, are less numerous. In mammals, G protein alpha, Beta and Gamma polypeptides are encoded by at least 16, 4 and 7 genes, respectively (2-5). Most interest in G proteins has been focused on their a subunits, since these proteins bind and hydrolyze GTP and most obviously regulate the activity of the best studied effectors. Four distinct classes of G alpha subunits have been identified; these include Gs, Gi, Gq and Ga 12/13 (3,4). The Gi class comprises all the known a subunits that are susceptible to pertussis toxin modifications, including Ga i-1, Ga i-2, Ga i-3, Ga o, Ga t1, Ga t2, Ga z and Ga gust (4). Of these, the three Ga i subtypes function to open atrial potassium channels (6). Ga 16 is a member of the Gq subfamily and is expressed specifically in hematopoietic cells (7).
