Supplier: Agilent
Description: Agilent uses high-quality graphite and applies stringent quality controls to ensure contamination free and consistency of our contact cylinders for your PerkinElmer graphite furnace AA system. The standard THGA graphite contact cylinders, feature a modified injection port area that helps to minimise condensation and improve analytical performance with difficult matrices. The HGA contact cylinders have shaped graphite contacts to completely encase the graphite tube, ensuring the tube is positioned in a defined environment for uniform radiation conditions.

Supplier: Sartorius
Description: Vivapure® Ion Exchange (IEX) spin colums are centrifugal devices. They incorporate Sartobind membrane adsorber technology as their chromatography matrix. Sartobind IEX membrane adsorbers are based on stabilised regenerated cellulose and display a microporous structure with a pore size of >3 μm, which is orders of magnitude larger than conventional chromatographic gel materials.

Supplier: Spectrum Laboratories
Description: MWCO 6 to 8 kD, regenerated cellulose.
Supplier: Agilent
Description: Step 1: Extraction
Choose the extraction salt packet based on your method of analysis, AOAC or EN. The buffered extraction salts are amenable for more liable pesticides. Adding solvent and then salts to a comminuted fruit or vegetable sample (10 g or 15 g) enables you to extract the pesticides of interest into the organic layer. However, adding a food sample with a high percentage of water directly to the salts may create an exothermic reaction that can affect your analyte recoveries.

Supplier: COLLECTION PREFIX HPLC
Description: On-Line degassing has been shown to be more effective at removing dissolved gas from mobile phases than sonication or helium sparging. Up to five solvent lines can be degassed simultaneously by one unit. The extremely low volume of each PTFE AF channel (480 μl) offers very quick equilibration and very short start-up times.

Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: PP column, PE filter, ~30 µm pore size. Pierce™ centrifuge columns are made from low protein binding polypropylene for compatibility with protein purification, and fit into standard centrifuge tubes for use in any centrifuge (1,5, 2, 15 and 50 ml).

Supplier: VARIAN
Description: The Bond Elut™ Certify extraction cartridge utilises a packed bed consisting of a special, non-polar C8 sorbent and a strong cation exchanger (SCX). Certify is most commonly used to extract basic (cationic) drugs from urine and blood, but it is also very effective for extraction of a wide range of compounds from a diverse range of aqueous matrices.

Catalog Number: (229-0301)
Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: PP, blue. With double-action hinges for extra leverage. The jaws have interlocking teeth for holding objects securely. Scissor type handles with catch for locking the forceps. Can be used as clips for chromatography columns. Also serve as excellent tube clamps.

Supplier: Restek
Description: Graphitised carbon black offers unique selectivity and very little adsorption for alcohol analyses. Two types of CarboBlack supports are available, CarboBlack B and CarboBlack C. CarboBlack B support, with its higher surface area, can hold up to a 10% loading of a non silicone liquid phase. CarboBlack C support can hold up to a 1% loading of a non silicone liquid phase.

Supplier: VARIAN
Description: Bond Elut™ C8 is very similar in properties to C18, but is not as retentive for non-polar compounds, due to its shorter hydrocarbon chain, and therefore reduced carbon loading. C8 is an excellent replacement for C18 when analytes are too strongly retained for effective elution. The potential for polar interactions is somewhat higher than for C18 because there is less coverage of the silica surface. These polar interactions are not, however, a significant property of C8.

Supplier: DWK Life Sciences
Description: These polypropylene racks accommodate 36 or 50 headspace auto-sampler vials. Each well has an opening in the bottom to facilitate drainage.

Supplier: Agilent
Description: These PEEK sample loops are inert to most organic solvents. The stainless-steel sample loops are not interchangeable due to the change in port angle.

Supplier: VARIAN
Description: Bond Elut™ C18 is the most hydrophobic, bonded silica sorbent in the Bond Elut™ range. It is the most popular SPE sorbent because of its extremely retentive nature for non-polar compounds. C18 is generally regarded as having the broadest spectrum of retention among bonded silica sorbents, since it retains most organic analytes from aqueous matrices. When analysing small to intermediate molecules, Bond Elut™ C18 can be used for desalting aqueous matrices prior to ion exchange, as salts pass through the sorbent unretained.

Supplier: Spectrum Laboratories
Description: MWCO 12 to 14 kD, regenerated cellulose.

Supplier: Spectrum Laboratories
Description: MWCO 12 to 14 kD, regenerated cellulose.
Supplier: Spectrum Laboratories
Description: MWCO 1 to 50 kD, regenerated cellulose.
