Supplier: VWR Chemicals
Description: SeraFree cryopreservation media is ready to use freezing media for cryopreservation of adherent or suspension cultured cells. The animal-free media composition eliminates batch-to-batch variability and is optimised for cell viability and cell growth after thawing. Suitable for use in environments that prohibit the use of animal-derived products.

Supplier: HyClone products (Cytiva)
Description: AdvanceSTEM™ Mesenchymal Stem Cell Basal Medium and Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Supplement have been formulated to support expansion and maintenance of undifferentiated human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs).

Catalog Number: (392-0418)
Supplier: VWR Chemicals
Description: Ham's F12 was developed for growth of primary rat hepatocytes and rat prostate epithelial cells. Also used in a clonal toxicity assay using CHO cells. It is frequently used with supplements for serum-free cultures to support the growth of cells of rodent origin, or as a cloning medium for the culture of myeloma and hybrid cells.

Supplier: VWR Chemicals
Description: VWR® Trypsin-EDTA solutions are used in cell culture to remove adherent cells from a culture surface. Trypsin is a porcine pancreas-derived enzyme that is commonly used for the dissociation and disaggregation of anchorage-dependent mammalian cells and tissues. The concentration of trypsin necessary to separate cells from their substrate is dependent primarily on the cell type and the age of the culture. EDTA, a chelating agent, enhances enzymatic activity by removing calcium and magnesium ions. These ions obscure the peptide bonds on which trypsin acts as well as enhancing cell to cell adhesion.
Supplier: PROVITRO
Description: Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are utilised as source material for isolating lymphocytes (T cells, B cells and NK cells) and monocytes in research and across fields such as immunology, immuno-oncology, and cell and gene therapies.
All PBMCs are isolated through Ficoll density gradient separation from freshly obtained leukapheresis ACD-A packs and directly cryopreserved.

New Product

Supplier: Greiner Bio-One
Description: These sterile, PS multiwell cell culture plates have a cell-repellent surface to effectively inhibit cell attachment. Achieved through a chemical polymer modification, the surface does not degrade or leach under common cell culture conditions, rendering an ideal substrate for native cell culture experiments.
