Supplier: Corning
Description: Corning BioCoat cell culture inserts are pre-coated with extracellular matrix proteins for applications requiring a protein-coated cell surface, such as cell adhesion, growth, invasion, migration and/or differentiation.
Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-6027R-CY5)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Involved in the cell-cell adhesion. Has both calcium-independent homophilic cell-cell adhesion activity and calcium-independent heterophilic cell-cell adhesion activity with IGSF4, PVRL1 and PVRL3. Interaction with EPB41L1 may regulate structure or function of cell-cell junctions (By similarity).
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Apoptosis and necrosis are two processes by which cells die. Apoptosis is an active, regulated disassembly of the cell from within. During apoptosis, phosphatidylserine is translocated from the inner to the outer surface of the cell, allowing the dying cell to be engulfed by phagocytic cells. Annexin V is a 35 kD Ca2+-dependent phospholipid binding protein with a high affinity for phosphatidylserine.

Supplier: Merck
Description: With Millicell inserts, attachment or suspension cells can access media from both their apical and basolateral sides. Cell growth, structure, and function more closely mimic what occurs<i> in vivo</i>. In addition, Millicell inserts make it possible to study both sides of the cell monolayer.

Catalog Number: (PRTV2040003)
Supplier: PROVITRO
Description: Immediately after delivery, place the passage kit in the dark at −20 °C. Prior use thaw the tube. After usage store them in the dark at 2 °C to 8 °C for a maximum of 2 weeks. Take care: After thawing shelf time of Dispase II solution is limited to 14 days.

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-1766R-A350)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Follicular dendritic cells are cells that facilitate antigen recognition by B cells in follicles. This kind of dendritic cell is not bone marrow derived and is not a kind of blood cell. It is purely a resident of the follicles of secondary lymphoid organs. B cells form germinal centers around follicular dendritic cells in lymphoid organs. Dendritic cells form from monocytes, white blood cells which circulate in the body and, depending on the right signal, can turn into dendritic cells or macrophages. The monocytes in turn are formed from stem cells in the bone marrow. In normal tissue this antibody identifies dendritic cells and a proportion of B lymphocytes. Evidence in pathological tissue and functional studies suggests it binds to an epitope expressed by antigen presenting cells. Within the macrophage/dendritic cell populations the epitope seen by RFD1 is coexpressed with RFD7 by a subset of cells that exhibit suppressive activity on T cell stimulation.

Supplier: Bioss
Description: Nucleostemin is a protein found in the nucleoli of embryonic stem cells, adult CNS stem cells, primitive cells in the bone marrow and cancer cells. It is not in the differentiated cells of most adult tissues. It has been suggested to play a role in controlling the cell cycle progression in stem cells and cancer cells.

Supplier: ENZO LIFE SCIENCES
Description: Structurally and mechanistically different compounds for studying the roles of pro- and anti-autophagic molecules in cells and in vitro applications.

Supplier: Greiner Bio-One
Description: PS with integrated glass bottom, sterile. CELLview™ glass bottom dishes combine the convenience of a standard 35 mm disposable plastic cell culture dish with the optical quality of glass, providing superior high resolution microscopic images of<i> in vitro</i> cultures. The CELLview™ dish is also available as a subdivided version with four individual compartments facilitating simultaneous multiplex analysis of different cell lines, various stimulations or diverse transfections, minimising the amount of required cells and reagents per individual assay.

Catalog Number: (734-0181)
Supplier: Corning
Description: Laminin, a major structural component of basement membranes, is a 900 kD glycoprotein composed of three polypeptide chains with a multidomain structure. Laminin has many varied funcitons that are mediated by binding to various components of the basement membrane (for example, collagen IV and heparan sulphate proteoglycan) and to cell surface receptors. Corning® BioCoat® Laminin flasks, coated with mouse laminin, are manufactured in a highly controlled environment and rigorously tested to assure product consistency and performance.

Description: The Screen-Well® histaminergic and melatonin ligands plate contains 41 ligands including endogenous neurotransmitters, agonists, antagonists, and marketed drugs. The library is ideal for screening or identifying recombinant orphan G protein coupled receptors, target validation, secondary screening, assay development, and other pharmacological applications. The Histaminergic and Melatonin Ligands plate is 1 plate of the larger neurotransmitter library which contains over 680 ligands.

Supplier: ENZO LIFE SCIENCES
Description: The Screen-Well® hepatotoxicity library is a focused collection of 238 compounds with defined and diverse hepatotoxicity, including steatosis, mitochondrial toxicity, Mallory body formation, cholestatic effects, and many more. A variety of structurally and mechanistically different compound classes are included, as well as nontoxic controls. The compounds are dissolved in DMSO at 10 mM and aliquoted into deep-well plates. The library is an essential tool for predictive toxicology screening and assay development.
