Zero Waste Box™ Recycling Solution for Plastic Packaging
Boxes Waste Disposal Boxes
A Zero WasteBox™ is a complete and convenient solution which includes the storage, shipping and recycling of a particular type of waste that isn’t currently recycled through local councils or traditional recycling facilities.

  • Reduce the amount of waste that you send to landfill or incinerate
  • Recycle the non-recyclable and reduce your carbon footprint
  • Improving your organisation's sustainability can boost your corporate image and improve employee engagement and satifaction

Use this Zero WasteBox™ to recycle any flexible plastic packaging, carrier bags and shipping material including bubble wrap, polystyrene, airbags, shrink wrap, cushioning pallet liners and covers. Any hard/rigid plastic packaging and plastic containers. Use this box to recycle VWR® PureStep EnviroTack™ mat layers, including top and bottom release liners.

How it works:
Order - Select a Zero WasteBox™ based on what and how much you would like to recycle
Collect - Fill your box with the accepted waste and seal the box with adhesive tape
Ship - Using the pre-paid UPS shipping label affixed to the back of your box, send your filled box to TerraCycle® for recycling. UPS requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and does pick ups Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Pick-ups can be arranged online at ups.com/gb or by telephone on 03457 877 877. All shipments are carbon-neutral, meaning the carbon emissions released during transport will be offset
Reorder - Continue to recycle and reorder a new Zero WasteBox™. Your collected waste will find a second life as recycled materials, reducing the need to extract virgin materials and depleting resources

Cardboard boxes are made from 84% recycled material. Box container and liner are 100% recyclable.

Certifications: TerraCycle® will not landfill or incinerate any of the waste we receive. An annual waste transfer note is required for waste originating from a commercial activity in the UK. Check our guide in documentation on how to fill in your TerraCycle® waste transfer note.

Caution: Do not send in food content and liquid waste. Plant-based or biodegradable plastics (e.g. PLA). Any non-plastic waste: paper, metals, cardboard, glass. Plastic cards. Hazardous waste (sharp, flammable, reactive, corrosive, ignitable, toxic, infectious or pathogenic) which presents a danger to the environment, or to people. Batteries, pressurised canisters, broken glass and medical waste.
