Hands free mop saturation system
Mops
Designed to simplify the cleanroom mopping process, Contec's Hands free mop head saturation system allows mop heads to be presaturated prior to being passed into the controlled environment. The system allows mop heads to be installed and removed 'hands free' reducing the risk of cross contamination and speeding up the cleaning and disinfection process.

  • Choice of either two 15 L polypropylene buckets or two 10 L stainless steel buckets
  • A stainless steel cart holds the buckets, 2 easy-fit mop applicator frames, a diffuser tray, and the hands free mop head removal system
  • A utility handle allows two small buckets (6 L) to be positioned on the handle, providing additional storage for extra supplies
  • Convenient clip and holder for the mop frame and handle when it is not in use, are also fixed to either side of the cart

Being lightweight and manoeuvrable, the trolley is very easy to use. The trolley is fitted with four autoclavable castors, meaning the whole trolley can be autoclaved before use. Each bucket is designed to allow 10 flat mop heads to be presaturated before being taken into the cleanroom. Or the second bucket can be used for the dilution of a concentrate and to store the diffuser tray when not in use.

The mop heads are placed on the easy-fit mop applicator frame which, coupled with the mop head design, means the mop heads can be fitted to the mop frame hands free. A stainless steel disinfectant diffuser tray helps to evenly saturate every mop head. Once used the mop heads can also be removed hands free using the unique mop removal system, straight into a waste bag if required.
