Fluoresceinamine, isomer I has been used as a probe in immobilization and is used to determine its ability to potentiate the antiviral activity of poly r (A-U).
Fluoresceinamine, isomer I belongs to the class of derivatized fluoresceins. Fluoresceinamine, isomer I is suitable for use in a specific and sensitive spectrophotometric method for determining nitrite. It has been used to fluorescently tag nanoparticles through a competitive carboxyl-amine coupling reaction to visualise nanoparticle internalisation.
