Ovens Tube Furnaces
These compact tube furnaces are used when laboratory experiments must be performed horizontally, vertically, or at specific angles. The ability to configure the angle of tilt and the working height, make these tube furnaces suitable for integration into existing process systems.

  • Compact design with integrated control system in furnace base
  • Choice of models with Tmax 1100, 1300 or 1500 °C
  • Only fibre materials which are not classified as carcinogenic according to TRGS 905, class 1 or 2 are used
  • Vertical or horizontal operation freely adjustable, working height freely adjustable, working tube made of C 530 ceramic
  • Type S thermocouple

Operation also possible separate from stand if safety guidelines are observed.

The furnace is equipped with standard controller B 510 with touch screen display, featuring 5 freely adjustable programs and 4 segments and 2 extra functions. These controllers are PID microprocessor controlled with a self-diagnostic system and integrated process documentation. The optional controller C 550 has 10 programs with 20 segments each.

Ordering information: All units require 230 V 1/N/PE 1-phase power supply. Optional accessories e.g. Gas supply system 1 for non-flammable protective or reactive gases (not gastight, no vacuum operation), Manual and automatic gas supply system, over-temperature limit controller with adjustable temperature cut out for thermal protection Class 2, in accordance with EN 60519-2 as temperature limiter to protect the furnace and load.

Caution: Maximum continuous operating temperature should be 50 to 100 °C below the 'Max. temperature' of the model. Values outside the tube. Difference to temperature inside the tube up to +50 K. External dimensions vary when furnace is equipped with additional equipment.
