The range is available with either fan circulation or natural convection. A number of cabinet sizes are available from 100 up to 885 L. The E3 425L model is supplied with 3× shelves with runners for up to 12 shelves total. Integral seven day timer with touch screen digital control.
The exterior is constructed from sheet steel finished in an easy clean powder coated paint. The 100 and 200 litre models have sliding glass doors and the 425 and 885 litre models have double glazed hinged doors. High accuracy Pt100B duplex sensors <0,8 °C. Excellent stabilty <±0,6 °C. Heated by incoloy sheathed elements which are positioned in the lower chamber and covered with 304 stainless steel guard.
